At bit over first day

About 50 cal. I need to be under about 500 a day, so I'm not going backward, but still.
Also, very modest exercise.

I hope they can release an API -- at least for building out the db of foods, meals, and recepies.

I don't yet see how the key things that interest me: sat fat, protein, sum of vegies, fiber & omega 3/6 ratio get collected.

Still, its a  bit fun and certainly better than spreading post its all around.

Perhaps I need to put a little app together that would quickly allow assembly of a hierarchy of meals and foods.

Joining Lose It!

I just signed up.

I've been making nice progress over the past month (about 6 lbs), but this may help make sure I keep going in the right direction.

Goal is more than weight loss however:
  • a good designer recommended Lost It for its design and social motivation; the design of this class of software interests me since...
  • the health/wellness/exercise system I'm considering might include or partner with this class of app
  • in theory the social motivation ideas make sense to me, but I've never taken the leap
 In the past I've been turned off by the difficulty of entering information for this type of system, but this does seem fairly easy and since I can see that I benefit from more meal planning, the restrictions may be helpful.
