About 50 cal. I need to be under about 500 a day, so I'm not going backward, but still.
Also, very modest exercise.
I hope they can release an API -- at least for building out the db of foods, meals, and recepies.
I don't yet see how the key things that interest me: sat fat, protein, sum of vegies, fiber & omega 3/6 ratio get collected.
Still, its a bit fun and certainly better than spreading post its all around.
Perhaps I need to put a little app together that would quickly allow assembly of a hierarchy of meals and foods.
