I've been making nice progress over the past month (about 6 lbs), but this may help make sure I keep going in the right direction.
Goal is more than weight loss however:
- a good designer recommended Lost It for its design and social motivation; the design of this class of software interests me since...
- the health/wellness/exercise system I'm considering might include or partner with this class of app
- in theory the social motivation ideas make sense to me, but I've never taken the leap
